If you contact us during after hours, we will get back to you the following business day.

  • A 50% deposit is required on custom orders $25 and up before your order is processed.  Orders that are under $25 must be paid in full before processing. We will NOT begin any work on any orders until payment is received. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • There will be an additional cost for any extra embellishments or personalizing being requested outside of what is currently available.

  • All orders inside and outside of our local area will be shipped.  You will be charged an additional fee if you want your order picked up. If you need your order sooner than the regular processing time, you will be charged a rush fee.

  • There is a $250-$300 minimum for most wholesale orders.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with, or your item is damaged you can request a replacement or a refund. You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to do so. Custom orders will not be refunded, but can be replaced.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

 

What is your shipping policy?

At this time we only ship within the United States.
Most orders will be produced upon

purchase. Please allow 3-14 business days for production, processing and shipping. Products that are on hand will be shipped immediately. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are based on their rates. 
Shipping and handling fees are calculated according to the

dimensions, weight, origination and destination of

packaging.

How do I track my order?

If you place your order online, you will receive a tracking number from USPS once your order is shipped.

 

Can I check the status of my order before it's shipped?

 

Yes! We encourage our customers to do this! Just send us an email, tell us what you ordered and we'll update you on the progress of your order.
