Effective January 1, 2024

  • All orders must be paid in full before processing. We will NOT begin any work on any orders until payment is received. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • There will be a rush fee applied to orders that are requested to be done before the minimum processing time frame of 7 to 14 business days. The fee will be calculated based on the order total before taxes. Fees are lsited below.

  • There will be a designing fee. You will be charged an extra 15% of your order total if your item is designed by us.

  • There will be an additional cost for any extra embellishments or personalizing being requested outside of what is currently available.

  • All orders inside and outside of our local area will be shipped.

  • There is a $250-$300 minimum for most wholesale orders.

$9.00 - for orders up to $14.99

$19.00 - for orders $15.00 - $50.99

$22.00 - for orders $51.00 - $85.99

$25.00 - for orders $86.00 & up

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dye Decor x DyeNamic Designs. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected. Custom orders will not be refunded, but can be replaced.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

 

What is your shipping policy?

At this time we only ship within the United States.
Most orders will be produced upon

purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for production, processing and shipping. Products that are on hand will be shipped immediately. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are based on their rates. 
Shipping and handling fees are calculated according to the

dimensions, weight, origination and destination of

packaging.

How do I track my order?

If you place your order online, you will receive a tracking number from USPS once your order is shipped.

 

 

 

Can I check the status of my order before it's shipped?

 

Yes! We encourage our customers to do this! Just send us an email, tell us what you ordered and we'll update you on the progress of your order.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?

​

All orders inside and outside of our local area will be shipped.  We do not offer pickup options at this time. If you need your order sooner than the regular processing time, you will be charged a rush fee.
